01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ok37" means the online casino and sports betting platform operated at ok37.asia, including all associated services, features, and content made available to registered players.
• "Platform" means the ok37 website, mobile site, and any applications through which ok37 services are accessed.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account with ok37 or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the ok37 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's ok37 account at any given time, including cash balance and bonus funds where separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's account pursuant to an ok37 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be converted to withdrawable cash balance.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the functional currency of the ok37 Platform for all players transacting from Pakistan.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age, and address verification carried out by ok37.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the ok37 Platform is restricted by applicable law or by ok37's regulatory obligations.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ok37 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager or bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ok37.

These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with ok37's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the agreement between you and ok37. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

ok37 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the ok37 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ok37 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time, including but not limited to a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account with ok37. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. ok37 employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ok37 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.3 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your ok37 Account, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid and accessible email address, your Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. ok37 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by a Player.

3.4 Jurisdiction

It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the ok37 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. ok37 does not accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions. Residents of Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling regulations may vary and that they access ok37 at their own risk and responsibility.

04 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ok37 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ok37 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to provide an additional layer of security.

Any activity conducted through your Account while logged in will be treated as having been authorised by you. ok37 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ok37 is required to conduct KYC verification on all player Accounts as part of its obligations under its international gaming licence and anti-money laundering commitments. You may be required to submit copies of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of your relationship with ok37, including at the time of first withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your ok37 Account at any time by contacting ok37's support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining cash balance (after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not yet met Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

ok37 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its discretion, including where ok37 suspects fraud, money laundering, terms abuse, or any other violation of these Terms and Conditions.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ok37 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, Raast, and standard bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the ok37 cashier at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method. ok37 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

ok37 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. ok37 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider's own timelines. ok37 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals, which may extend processing times.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must have been satisfied; (c) your Account must be in good standing with no outstanding investigations; and (d) the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the ok37 cashier.

5.4 Taxes

Players are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable to their winnings under the laws of Pakistan. ok37 does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of players and makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of gambling winnings in any jurisdiction.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers provided by ok37 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall apply to the extent of the conflict.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your ok37 Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms. Contributions toward Wagering Requirements may vary by game type — live casino games, slots, and sports betting markets may contribute at different rates as specified in the applicable promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ok37 monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing low-risk hedging bets designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine play; using automated betting software; or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where ok37 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the Account.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the ok37 Platform are governed by ok37's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity regarding the settlement of a wager, ok37's determination shall be final. ok37 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, whether caused by a pricing error, system fault, or any other technical issue.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on ok37 are operated using independently certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game. ok37 accepts no liability for game interruptions caused by network failures on the player's side. In the event of a disputed game outcome, the result recorded by ok37's server logs shall be determinative.

7.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. Players acknowledge that live game outcomes are subject to the physical results of real dealing and spinning, and that all decisions made during live game play are final once the round has concluded. ok37 is not liable for any loss of streaming quality arising from the player's internet connection.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on the ok37 Platform. These limits are displayed within each product and may differ by game, market, or player tier. ok37 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at its sole discretion.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ok37 Platform. Players found to have engaged in any of the below may have their Accounts immediately suspended, balances frozen, and relevant information reported to appropriate authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information;
• Creating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game or betting outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any other unlawful financial activity;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ok37 staff or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location.

09 Responsible Gaming

ok37 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing players with the tools they need to maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ok37 Account holders at no cost and can be activated at any time from the Account settings page:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ok37 Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing, during which you will not be able to access ok37 gaming or betting services.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the ok37 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

ok37 does not target marketing at players who have self-excluded and will not send promotional communications to excluded players for the duration of their exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ok37 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface design, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of ok37 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ok37 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ok37 content without express written permission from ok37.

The ok37 name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of ok37. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ok37's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ok37 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage; (c) any loss arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or network outages beyond ok37's reasonable control; (d) any loss arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials.

ok37 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their devices and connections meet the technical requirements for use of the Platform.

12 Privacy & Data

ok37 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at ok37.asia/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ok37 may share player data with its regulatory authority, third-party payment processors, KYC and fraud prevention providers, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or by ok37's regulatory obligations. ok37 does not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Player data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by ok37, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. Such requests should be directed to ok37's support team at the contact details provided in Section 15.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ok37's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and ok37, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through ok37's internal complaints procedure.

13.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

Players who wish to raise a formal complaint should contact ok37's support team at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. ok37 will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a full response within 14 calendar days.

13.2 External Dispute Resolution

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through ok37's internal procedure to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under ok37's gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request from ok37's support team.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ok37 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ok37 will provide notice to registered Players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of seven days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ok37 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.3.
